Mystery Plants

Ok, so I'm relatively new to orchids and I need to tap into the vast knowledge possessed by those of you masters out there willing to share some with me.
I recently acquired two different new plants for my indoor collection and I haven't the foggiest idea what they are. I have two of one type and one of the other. They resemble some type of orchid to me, which is why I chose to inquire here.
I propagated these from the mother plant which was in a greenhouse owned by a friend. Both types were propagated in much the same way one would propagate a spider plant. Little baby offsets, or pups, or whatever you choose to call them, all over the place. I cut a couple and planted them in orchid bark, and am trying to figure out what they are so I might understand better how to keep them alive and, more than that, cause them to thrive.

So, who can tell me what these mystery plants are? Any help or direction will be much appreciated.
