Some can be wedged in pots, others have to hang. I have a PVC stand which I can adjust to various heights to suit the plant in question. I also have a clothing rack which can be disassembled and adjusted to various dimensions. Got it at 'Bed and Linens" ??? can't remember the name, it's a commom chain. For smaller plants fill the bottom 1/3 of an attractive wine bottle with sand, a stick plus hook and the thing can look good.

Saw a local club member use a stand from a keyboard successfully for larger ones.
