If there are only a few I would suggest manually removing them with alcohol and a qtip. If you continue to see them popping up try the alcohol spray suggested in the previous post. Avoid spraying the flowers. Be sure to hit under the leaves and in the crevices where the leave intersect with the rest of the plants. Mealy bugs like those hiding spots. I would stay away from heavier chemicals until the flowers fade. I have lost flowers and spikes that way.
