Harlequin phal question

Hi all! I just picked up a harlequin NOID phal on clearance- super cheap and perfect condition, just nearly done blooming. My question is-- do the spots vary from bloom to bloom/year to year, or is what you see pretty much what you get? This one has barely any spotting, and is mostly white.

The amount of spotting/stripes/markings does vary from flower to flower and from year to year. Maybe yours has harlequin breeding but has turned out mostly white.

That's what I thought. It actually only has 2 flowers left-- so I don't know what the others were like. I guess we'll see what it looks like next year!
