This is a photo closeup of the base of the orchid. Are the three mini green stuff around the roots new pseudobulbs?

Your flowers look a lot like my Maiden Charlotte. If the growth pattern is also similar then the green stuff at the base you are asking about is old back bulbs. The new growth on mine tends to come in when the plant is not in bloom and comes up straight and skinny until close to maturity. Usually on multiple leads so eventually you will have lots of blooms!
