In my spare moments, I type stuff for the bosses. Recently, there was a bundle of rating responses to an inservice. Rating responses are those pages filled out by the attendees, with a place for numerical grading of the meeting and spaces to write opinions and responses to general questions. This bundle had 30 responses regarding a very short but highly detailed instructional session which seemed to please 29 of the attendees. The 30th wrote in one response, to the question "Which part of the presentation did you like best?" Her reply: "It ended."
