Sorry I've got no idea. All you can do in these circumstances is read up on where the orchid occurs in nature. Look at the leaves. Does it have pseudobulbs and have a big guess at the spot where you think it might be happy.
First point of call is Jays orchid species site for pics and a description of where it is found in the wild.

Sorry, I wasn't on the forum for a few weeks.

I got this species from Michael Ooi a few years ago at the Redlands show. It was two small plants which I mounted on a bit of treefern, with a pad of sphag underneath the roots. They bloom sequentially on inch-long spikes in the spring for me, smelling deliciously like (drumroll) Twinkies! Of course they are very small flowers so don't expect them to scent a whole room -- definitely would have destroyed my diet if they did.

I grow in a greenhouse with 50-70% humidity, the sphag often dries out for a few days at a time and the plant doesn't seem the worse for it. Mid-80 highs in the summer, 55-60F on winter nights, partial shade.
