I have a phal that was given to me sometime back approx 6 months.It had already bloomed before it was given to me.It looked very good when I got it. I read that if your leaves had a red tint then it was getting to much sun, so I moved it. looked pretty good for awhile then it started looking bad. Real bad... the leaves started turning yellow. this started about 2 months after I moved it.I figured that I was under watering--- didn't look any better when I watered it more. Then I figured I was over watering so I eased off on the water. leaves kept getting yellower it was 1 leaf at first then 1 leaf that was yellow fell off. Thats when the other 2 bottom leaves turned yellow. I was going to take it out of the pot to see if the roots were healty the very top center just came off in my hand. it seemed to not be mushy just can off. the stem down at the botton seem to be real soft. there are hardly any roots on the plant except for some at the top of the moss. it has a small plant at the top of the stem. but no roots on it either. About 2 1/2 months ago it had a stem come out of the main stem and it looked like it was going to bloom and the buds just kinda shrank up on the end.but the stem is still there and is still green, there is also another stem that has come out about 2 weeks ago and it also looks like it is going to bloom it is begining to get buds on it . everything else except for the bottom looks very green and healthy. so whats up and how do I save it? I really hate to let a flower die if I can save it. so please someone help!!!!!!!
