Yellowing Den leaves

I just re potted this Den..Salaya Fancy. It was in this condition prior to re potting. It was in a coconut. As expected, when I took a look at it, it was quite wet and lots of roots were rotted. I trimmed them off and put it in chips with a little sphagnum. It still had some pretty good roots although could be better. It is pushing a new spike and has a new cane coming up. I would imagine it is stressed. Does this look like disease or abuse. What is the best environment for it right now. It was an outdoor plant. I have been alternating from outside to inside in an east window because I'm afraid it can't take much more over watering from the rain. I'm keeping a close eye on it. Thanks.
