My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Where is the orchid right now? Do you have something around the roots to keep them from getting too dry?
If you still have the medium, you can put it right back in the pot. Otherwise, you can contact the grower and ask what they used.
If those aren't possible, you can post a picture of the orchid when it was in its pot, if you have one, or describe the medium to members, and we may be able to suggest an online source.
Orchids are forever getting reclassified, and your lovely Oncidium is now classified as "Psychopsis Mendenhall 'Hildos.' I've had this one in the past and loved it.
