Chance to Revive Orchid?

Hi y'all, my phalaenopsis did fine, growing several new leaves in July and had two flower spikes with flowers since May. Starting august, all flowers dropped, one spike died, leaves turned yellow from the stem end and dropped until there was one green leaf left, but it was dried up where it was attached to the stem. It just fell, so now its leafless. However, the remaining flower spike is still completely green, and there may be a hint of green in some roots. Is it possible to revive it? I've trimmed off the rotten parts when I was trying to save it, but should I trim more?
