Looks like the after effect of a biting insect attack. Does not look like virus. With virused Catts, the give away is the flowers which often show a color break even when leaves look normal.
The most common virus affecting cattleyas is CYMV (Cymbidium Mosaic Virus), often the plant does not show symptoms. However, if the plant is weak, or on older leaves, there would be necrotic streaks, running along the veins of the leaf. Starts out chlorotic and pitted, then necrotic. The flowers will show no symptoms when it first opens, but the life of the flower is short, and will show some pitting and necrosis along the veins. TMV (Tobacco Mosaic Virus) as well as Odontoglossom Ringspot Virus ORSV) causes typical circular or ovate patterns in the leaves. The flowers will show color break. The best way to really see if the plant has virus is to have the plant tested. You can buy a home kit. Or send away to a lab. Most are based on the Elissa-type test.
Orchidnick is closer than toyo. The damage is caused by orchid bugs, Tenthearis orquidearum, like aphids they are sap suckers. I have sprayed with Neem and since then not seen any sign of them. The good news is the plants that are not too badly affected could make a full recovery.
