Try increasing the light. Also, cut back on watering. These plants like to go dry before you water.

Leaves look dark green (not enough light) and the mix looks very wet and old.

Thanks Jane. Until about a month ago, this plant was outdoors. I had to move it indoors because it was getting too much direct light outside (the leaves on the old growth started to look bleached). I can try to find it a place inside with a little bit more light.
