Why my phal open too soon?

Hello Friends,

I have this phal rebloom for the first time since I got it last Oct. but spike took only 61 days to open first flower while I have other 2 phals rebloomed for me a few months ago. 1 took 117 days and 1 took 110 days to for first flower to open. I am wondering did I do anything to forced it opened too soon. Would "premature" open like this harm the plant? Please tell.
