Is it normal for a phal to grow leaves while it has blooms? I have one I bought in July which has not dropped a single bloom since then, and which recently has begun to grow a new leaf still with the blooms--and it's growing about as quickly as it does on my other ones that grow leaves without blooms. I have so far only seen them develop leaves when the blooms are done.

Should I cut the blooms? Or is this normal?
