Phalaenopsis

I was given a beautiful white Phal in July. Last week the last of the blooms fell off. Now what do I do? Do I cut the stems off at the bottom, at the top where they have turned brown or leave them alone. When can I reasonably expect to get more blooms?

When can you expect to get more blooms?....peak flowering here (Southern Hemisphere) i October (late Spring) most blooms initiated by slight cool down late Autumn, Winter.
