The flatness or roundness is hereditary and due to the parents of the hybrid. Judges look for flatness in the flower but I have little interest in what the judges say. If its a nice flower and you enjoy it that's all that matters. Enjoy your flowers - presumably that's why you have them and each and every one has its own special qualities.

The judges also look at the number of flowers, the colour of the flowers, the texture of the flowers, the number of flowers on the raceme, how the flowers are arranged etc. etc.
Nice colour in the flower, is the photo true to life?
What do you mean by more rounded?

Yes the photo is true to life.
By rounded i mean that the top part (3 sections) are curved inwards instead of flat.
It gives the bloom a rounded shape.

This flatness stuff results in some growers applying excessive grooming to their flowers prior to an orchid show. So you see blooms that are ironing board flat. Natural shape is what is needed, so slightly curved inwards might be desirable. As nuts said, "it is inherited".
