Musin'
Wednesday evening whilst driving on the way home the baby jeep all of a sudden decided it didn't want to run. One second it was running, the next second it wasn't and I had no time to find a good place to pull off so I was basically stranded on the side of US 72 as after work traffic made it's hurriedly way home.
Wasn't about to perform emergency surgery on the side of the road as behomethic vehicles sped by at traffic speed. So the baby jeep rode home on the back of a wrecker and I rode home in the cab. The tow and repair bill was just less than 400 American. It may be time to be thinking about a new vehicle. I only have 271,000 miles on it and was hoping for at least 300,000. I loathe car payments and loathe the fact if one buys new off the lot then one has just lost ~20% of what one just laid down.
Community College life is a real eye opener. Got stories to tell, but not until I'm well far away from that life. Am negotiating with Peabody College to start in January. The next few days will tell, one way or the other.....they do some interesting research.
