Hi! I am wanting to do quite a few containers to fill up my garden, but I am at a loss on what are the appropriate plants for my situation. I'd like the containers to be flowers that I can grow from seed and bloom the same year. They can be either perennial or annual or whatever in between. The pots are all different sizes (I haven't actually gotten any pots yet, but that's what I hope to have, a bunch of different sizes). My garden is in a small clearing in the woods under three large trees. I'd like some containers full of just a single plant while most I'd like several different types. (Thriller, filler, and spiller is what I often heard it called.) It would be awesome if I could have some very long bloomers - or at least plants that look good all year so I don't have to change out the plants when they stop blooming. Any suggestions would be helpful!
