Splitting onc

Now i need advice from the experts. I have this onc - oda. masayo Morisada x onc. sphacdlatum. I've had it about 5 years. Blooms every fall - just threw its first spike for this year about a week ago. It has made some new p. bulbs over the years and one p. bulb died as you can see from one photo. I love the way it looks and it seems happy to me. My question is: After it's done blooming should I divide it?i don't want to leave it as is if that will hurt it eventually.
