Severe root rot

Hello,
I bought an orchid a while back and it came with a small cup and instructions to water with the cup once weekly. I diligently did this and while the orchid looked fine to me, it wasn't until I got another one that it seemed to look a little droopy.

I hadn't thought to look or repot but the pot had no drainage and was filled with water. I went to repot but almost all the roots were rotted so I cut them off. Now it's (expected) got one droopy leaf and the blooms are shriveled and falling off. It's currently living in bark in a clear plastic pot but I can't tell if shriveled roots are thirsty or saturated. I would really love to revive it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
