Newbie question... Thanks in advance for any help you can give me. Lasy year about this time I bought 2 blue orchids, I understand they will be white when they blossom again because the florist used food color., not a problem. My question is, do I see a new spike develoing that I need to stake? Both of my plants are doing this. Also one of the plants has a new plant growing from near the top of the stem, do I remove it for a new pot and cut the stem down?
