Well that was a complete waste of time - Sorry, but??

One more try - the waterwheel is 2' diameter, the gritts mill, as DW calls it, is 2' x 4' x 4' and houses a filter and pond vac.
The waterwheel is from Waterwheelplace, the rest was by "as I went" using #3 mill run furring strips and
PT 2x 4 for the base.

I still need to do some work on it - need to reduce the splashing and seal the trough under the wheel to reduce water loss. Since the attempt to load the video was a bust, here are some pics.

Think I got it. The waterwheel is from the waterwheelplace.com, the gritts mill, as DW calls it, is 2' wide and 4' square and I have a filter and a pond vac housed inside. The water leaves the filter via 2 branches, one to run the wheel, the other goes to the waterfall and back into the pond under the gravel which is here to help reduce the splashing of water - it does consume the water.
The water trough may be too closd to the wheel as it may ice up in winter, but since it is valved, it can be shut down. This has added additional hed to the system, that's why I' looking for suggestions for a new pump, and most likely will upsize the pipe to 1.5". As of now the current pump is not turning the water every hour.

I don't know enough about pumps to comment, but I sure can enjoy your waterwheel. That is fabulous.
