Need Help finding perfect Upright Flowering Shrub

Ok, I have done so much searching for the perfect shrub for the front of my home with no luck. I am looking to plant shrubs in a area that's about 10ft wide but I don't want the shrubs to be taller than 4ft. Any suggetions out there, preferably a white flowering shrub that's upright. Please help!!!

It should resprout. Mark it with a bloody great daglo orange stake and put a giant flag on top. I really can't believe he mowed it down - are you sure it was a 'mistake'?

I have not seen this shrub but am ordering it from Bluestone...Weigela 'White Knight' It is supposed to eventually get 4-5 feet tall.

a couple more candidates could be deutzia gracilis 'chardonnay pearls' (yellowish green foliage and white flowers) and 'the bride' pearlbush (exochorda x macrantha).
both are deciduous.

What about Annabelle Hydrangeas? They have huge white heads and will do okay in sun or shade. I love mine and now have two more babies.

Husband just mowed over a pearl Bush by mistake. Level with the ground. Any chance it will sprout up again? Any chance I can start again from a twig that is left?
