My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you so much for your prompt and helpful reply! The house is beautiful, and I am thrilled to finally see a color that I am interested in on western red cedar. I read an earlier post stating that the color is a custom mix of Dune Gray and Beechwood Grey Cabot stain. Is this semi-transparent, or semi-solid? I have read elsewhere that many contractors are not happy with the durability of the semi-solid Cabot stain. What is your opinion on this? Lastly, I would like to compliment you on your designs. The ones I like most when browsing on Houzz all seem to be yours!!
