snapdragon seedlings won't grow

15 years ago

I have tried a few times to grow snapdragons from seeds without success.

I am growing some now which I started on Easter. They are about an inch and a half tall with just the two first leaves on a stalk that is as thin as a hair. Is this what it is supposed to look like at this point?
