One of my plants I have brought indoors for the winter and i decided I do not want to overwinter it but would like to grow it again next season. all the ripe peppers have been harvested a while ago so right now all it holds are peppers in the mid sidze stage, not babies but not full and ripe. The question is at what stage does a pepper have to be in order to harvest seeds from it and have the be successful? I would like to assume that as soon as the pepper is big enough to hold a full size seed inside it can be taken and grown but I'm wondering if a seed will do better after living longer in a rip pining pepper.
