Cann't answer your question. But would suggest you check out Jupiter. It is highly thought of as a cold hardy seedless table grape. Your vines may freeze back to the ground some yrs. But they will usually grow back since they are on their own roots, not a rootstock.

I built a simple "arbor" with 2 4'x4's firmly cemented into the ground about 24' apart. Used vinyl coated cloths line (wire) to tie them together forming 4 lines between the posts (7' high). This was enough space (barely) for 3 vines to climb up and cover completely. A "real" arbor appears to be similar but with 2 sides that loop over the top to form a tunnel that one can walk thru.

Ditto, add Jupiter. Delicious,seedless, prolific and early bearing, vigorous grower for trellis. Concord Seedless and Lakemont would be the least overall desireable of the lot.
