Hi,

Sometime ago I cut down two tall pine trees in my back yard and kept the logs. One I got cut to use as small outdoor stools and some to covert to side tables or plant holders and I also have 4 really tall stumps to use as maybe four pillars to make a kind of a play hut with a thatched roof for the kids...anyway, most of the stuff I want to use is for outdoors. so, how do I treat this wood and if I need to use it as end tables on the deck or for seating outside...how do I protect them from the rain and sun? It would be great if you guys could come up with some ideas. another thing I ought to mention it is that these trunks have been out in the yard for the past two months.
