Your local government should have a record of this and your survey of the property, done when you purchased the property, should have it sited. They may even site the source of this spring. Google 'natural springs' or 'artesian wells', they may give you ideas on how to cap and use this free water in your landscape.

I had the water tested and it is a natural spring. There are no records of this spring any where. This just started happening when they started doing construction down the road about a year ago. It has just gotten worse over the past few months. My yard is like a swamp and its going through the middle. Im more worried about having bugs this summer than any thing.
