It could be a pair of 'Sloggers'...or something close to them. I ordered a pair off of ebay for myself last summer and paid about $5 (plus shipping) for them. Then I purchased my daughter a pair from a local farm center and they cost close to $20 ~ but they were a different brand.

Check out ebay and search for 'garden shoes' or 'sloggers' and see if that is what you are looking for. If you can find some you like, it might save you a buck or two. I love mine and wear them alot, while working outside.
