Two leaves each sounds pretty small to transplant. Maybe you should wait a week or two and transplant when they are bigger and the stems and roots better developed. At that point you will see which will be the best plants and focus on transplanting them. (I know, you probably want to do it today! So if you do, go ahead; it's all a learning experience!)

Work up the soil in their new bed. You could even add some mulch or soil amendment if you have it on hand, or planting mix.

Transplant late in the day. Get them in the new bed quickly after digging them up. Dig the seedlings out keeping as much of their roots as possible. You can knock off some of the heavy soil around the root ball and loosen it up a bit, but don't remove all the soil. Put the plant roots in the new hole, cover with soil and press down gently. Water, but don't swamp with water. You could shade them from direct sun for a day or two after transplanting. (Set up a lawn chair or anything to provide a little shade.)
