3 years ago I planted two wysterias on either side of my house front (south facing). One is flowering nicely and has a good shape - the other has no side shoots at all and has just grown straight upwards (around 5 meters).

What can I do to (1) encourage a better shape and (2) get it to flower - I think the two may be connected!
