I would leave them in the ground until you move. First they won't get root bound in the pots and also you only have to disturb once versus twice. However it depends on what it is also. Like a vine....I would put that in a pot.

Leave in the ground until the move, water the plants well before tp, allow soil drain, tp, mist foiliage to elviate transpiration, replant, water and mist leaves, and keep soil moist until reestablished. You may want to use a root stimulator to reduc transplant shock.

Crush up an aspirin in 1 1/2 gallons of water for a good root stimulator.

How does aspirin stimulate root growth? Where did you get this information?

I have also a question about Transplanting. I transplanted some plants from a garden into a pot until the spot I want to put it in is ready. How long do I have to wait until I can transplant them into the soil?Is there a specific time frame to wait until to transplant again? The plants are getting a little dry and loosing leaves, what I asume is normal. Also some other plants I transplanted or actually got from cuttings are low water plants. So while they get ( new) roots, do I have to water them more than normal? Or is it better to not water them much even now? How do I know if the plants get to much or not enough water( Jades and wonder Jade )? Or just the right amount? Thanks
