Rhubarb???

Does anybody know if you can just freeze, without parboiling? I have a Foodsaver that I could use. Or I could just parboil, put it in the bag freeze it, so the water would not get in the Foodsaver, without the syrup.

Any Ideas?

It is comeing out of our ears. Help!

To freeze, simply wash and chop rhubarb stalks into recipe size pieces (i.e. approx 1" to 1/2" for pies and desserts). Your Foodsaver will be great.
