I unfortunately let a large potted miscanthus morning light dry out slightly. I have planted it but it doesn't look very good. There is still life in it but I am wondering if I could cut it back. It is the middle of June and about to get very hot here in TN. It is planted in a bed with automatic watering so I won't have to worry about it drying out again. Can I cut it back or should I just let it settle in.
