I just made manure tea with aged cow manure but my original instructions said to soak it for about a week, jiggling the bag occasionally. Now I just read that the water should have been aerated and that it can build up harmful bacteria instead of good if it's not. Can my tea be fixed or what should I do about it? it does smell strong and has a green liquid floating on top.
