Make of buy a plastic piece about the size of a quarter drill a 1/64 hole in it ,or some small size drill, this may be a try and retry so start small, place betreen your faucet and your hose, along with the rubber washer that is already there, screw your hose on your faucet as usual capturing this orifice in the connection.
