I purchased two Rubber Tree plants (they came in 4" grow pots) online. When they arrived, almost all the leaves (top and bottom) had these dusty, almost waxy, white spots on them. The plant looks in perfect condition and seems to be happy, perky and perfect ... except for these dirty, white spots.

I'm just looking for the best way to clean them off. I tried misting it with water and wiping, but that only seems to work a tiny bit. I'm afraid of scratching the leaves so I'm wondering if someone else has another solution.
