Do you have a drainage problem? If you do you want as little cement on your propety as possible. Beware of loose stones though as the path I have has sharp little pebbles which always end up on top and also cause a slip hazard. I keep digging them out but cannot seem to get them all!
Maybe you could check int DG or plain sand

Hi goldenpond......sorry to sound stupid, but what is DG?? No, I don't have a drainage problem, it's just that my front yard is extremely sunny and the pathway gets lots of traffic. I have tried grass and some of the stepables plants, but nothing is working. So, I am left with dirt and mud between the stones and it looks terrible.

I have the same problem. I may move the pavers next to each other so nothing can grow in between them. I will keep watching this post so maybe someone can help both of us.

Will stonedust (decomposed granite) do? We had a patio with that that between the patio blocks.
