Ants vs. Low Voltage Transformer

Does anyone else have an issue with ants infesting low voltage transformers? We're on our 2nd one and it's become a lovely little home for the buggers. The transformer is mounted about 3 feet off the ground on the side of our arbor behins some shrubs.

Need any tip or trick for keeping this from happening. Thanks!
