My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I was in the SF Bay area this week and was walking through China Town and came across this tree next to the sidewalk. The height is about 30 feet and the berries are a purplish color.I broke one open and the seed was very round. Thanks,Brady
