Older Chainsaw Question

18 years ago

I have been looking at lighter chainsaws and found a left over Stihl MS200 with the rear handle (vs the top handle version).

It is Phase I emissions and the newer saws are Phase II. Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the two standards as it relates to the saw? For example, any carb or muffler differences?
