I got mine from Ashdown a couple of years ago. Have you checked with them? Antique Rose Emporium and Uncommon rose might be other sources.
It is a very good rose in my garden, disease resistant and full of blooms. It is one of the first to leaf out this year with virtually no dieback due to freezing temps.

I got mine at High Country Roses last summer. I was very impressed by them. I ordered both Threse bugnet and Darlows enigma and both were nicely sized and very healthy. If I order again this year, I'm going with them over Heirloom any day. By the way, I just checked their website and they have it available if your interested.

Mine is just leafing out after a long winter so I'm hopeing I get a decent 2nd year show this year. Good luck, Dan1465

Therese Bugnet is one that many of us will have. It is a very good rugosa in my zone. Louise Bugnet is one I am unfamiliar with. Hope you are able to get it.

Louise Bugnet (often wrongly called Louis Bugnet over here) is the Number 1 favourite rose in Sweden according to a recent poll. It is difficult to get here, too, because everybody bought it in 2004, including me. I think I may have lost mine to frost this year, probably because I had the last puny specimen before the nurseries sold out :-) It is a very good rose and hardy for other people. I wish I could send you mine.

Brentwood Bay Nursery on Vancouver Island and own root - they export but it will be costly as there is a minimum number. Their description is below.

Tough disease resistant rugose foliage on a medium sized shrub. 4' x 3' (120 x 90cm) Bugnet 1960. R Fr SF P N z3. Avaialable Summer 2006 NB:- There is no Hybrid Rugosa called "Louis Bugnet" or "Luis Bugnet"."

I have managed to also obtain a very young Reta Bugnet that I am waiting to see what shows.
