Prunus cerasifera "pissardii" or similar.

Branching and leaf shapes may show signs of Prunus mume, maybe these shrubs are examples of the purple-leaved hybrid of it called P. x blireiana.

When they bloom it will be easier to tell what type they are. Home gardeners sometimes raise purple-leaved (and other) Prunus from pits, these also come up on their own so your shrubs aren't necessarily a named variety that has been in commerce.
