Hammer Drill Chuck

I have a Ryobi Hammer Drill that the Chuck loosens by it self. I tighten it as tight as I can get it and within about 30 seconds of using it the chuck is so loose that the masonary bit slides right out of the chuck when I am finished with the hole. What I am doing is drilling holes for TapCons.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening and if there is a fix for it?

So I contacted Ryobi and found out that the Chuck needs to be replaced. Luckily it is still under warranty.
