Husqvarna trimmer problems

Hello. I have a Husqvarna 326rjx trimmer and am having problems getting it to run. It's close to 5 years old and it started acting up at the end of last season. It was hard to start, but would run for 20-30 minutes of use after starting and then die. I would not be able to start it again. The next time I went to use it, usually 1 - 2 weeks later, the same thing...hard to start then would die after a short period of use.

This spring, I rebuilt the carbutator, changed the plug and air filter and it started on the first pull and ran for about 30 minutes until I was out of gas. When I tried to start again, nothing happened and I haven't been able to start it since then.

Any suggestions?

You prolly sucked up some water or crud in the dregs of the tank. If you are lucky you may be able able to clear it by getting it running on carb cleaner. Remove the air cleaner and give the carb a shot of cleaner. If the engine runs on it, keep giving it a squirt as it falters. Hopefully it will remain running on its own after a minute or 2. If it doesnt, try tearing down the carb again. Since I started dosing my OPE fuel with Marvel Mystery OIL, i have had a lot less carb troubles.
