Co linear hoe vs scuffle/stirrup hoe

Which do you enjoy using more? Which is more effective? Is there really any difference?

A disadvantage of the co-linear hoe is that it can be turned or twisted aburptly when either the right of left side strikes something much harder than the other. On lighter, well-turned, homogeneous soil, without rocks, etc., a co-linear works well.
