Challenge hedge trimmer

Hello,

I have a Challenge BHT6440 rechargeable hedge trimmer but unfortunately I don't have the power supply to power the battery charger. I'm looking for the spec of the power supply (ie; output voltage, mA and polarity) so that I can use a generic supply to power the charger. Does anyone have this model or know where I can find the spec? The only details I have are on the battery and that states: 1.7Ah and 12V but it doesn't really help me with the spec of the power supply.

Can't help you other than to suggest finding a "Battery Depot" near you. They carry several types of chargers and should be able to come up with what you need.
