Compressor head question

A buddy just gave a me an EMGLO model G pump head. Is it possible to replace the head on my 60gal vertical Home Depot

(Cambell Hausfield sp?) with this head? I know I may have to modify the tray its on but I need some info on the Model G. Is it designed to be run off an electric motor and stop and start? What kind of belts does it use, the flywheel has grooves for two belts. Any info appreciated.
